HBX Group is a global technology-driven travel partner, connecting accommodation, transport, activities and payments for 300,000 hotels and 60,000 high-value clients across 140 markets. The Credit & Collections Executive will manage a portfolio, reduce credit risk, and ensure timely collection of invoices while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or collections.
• Experience managing debt and payment recovery processes.
• Strong understanding of account reconciliations and cash collection procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers while handling difficult conversations.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively collect outstanding debt through emails, calls, and collection campaigns.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and reduce overdue balances.
• Manage and recover difficult-to-collect debt through negotiation and payment plans.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and account-related queries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to clarify billing discrepancies and support timely payment.
• Reconcile customer payments and account balances accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date records of collections activities and payment status.
• Support cash flow management by minimizing bad debt exposure and financial risk.
