Thinkproject is seeking a Credit & Collection Specialist in Madrid to manage receivables, optimize cash flow, and balance collections with customer service. You will work across teams to enforce policies and report on A/R performance.

The role requires strong English and German, proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial software (NetSuite/SAP), plus negotiation skills. A hybrid work setup and career development opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Advanced written and verbal communication in English and German.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.
• Expertise in using financial software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
• Proficient in using Salesforce.
• Demonstrated strength in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Proficient in interpreting aging reports, customer ledgers, and accounts data to identify variances.
• Solution-oriented approach to overcoming collection challenges.
• Effective prioritization and adherence to deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the collection of receivables in line with internal procedures.
• Follow up on overdue invoices, resolve disputes, negotiate payment plans with customers.
• Ensure high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction in all interactions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly A/R portfolio reports.
• Review delinquent accounts to identify root causes and recommend long-term corrective actions.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist the payment allocation process.
• Identify accounts requiring escalation and coordinate with internal teams or external partners.
• Set up and manage automated dunning communications for overdue invoices.
