Job summary

Dior seeks a Store Manager for the ECI Castellana boutique to lead the team, optimize performance, and ensure the highest level of customer service in line with the Maison’s standards.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage operations and budgets, and drive CRM initiatives to engage local and international clientele. Fluency in English and Spanish is expected, with additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design the optimum boutique structure and recruit the right profiles.
• Drive performance management, people development and team engagement.
• Manage day-to-day operations, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team.
• Lead regular store meetings covering performance, product knowledge, training, VM and operations.
• Analyze boutique data to diagnose issues and define action plans to hit sales targets.
• Set and monitor sales goals for Associates and implement strategic actions.
• Optimize performance and profitability through KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate sales promotions, trunk shows, and CRM initiatives for local and international clients.
• Implement CRM programs to maximize client retention and engagement.
• Act as the Maison’s ambassador, building relationships with VIPs.
• Manage back office, store expenses, and budget adherence; ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee inventory processes, pricing, transfers and stock loss prevention.
• Contribute to merchandise displays and visual presentations following Maison guidelines.

Job description

As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Store Manager efficiently develops and optimizes the ECI Castellana boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations, and maintaining the highest level of customer service throughout the store in line with Christian Dior expectations.

Job responsibilities

Design the optimum boutique structure, recruit the right profiles, and proactively build a talent pipeline.

Drive performance management, ensure people development, motivate, and reinforce team engagement.

Ensure the day-to-day management, training, coaching, and motivation of the boutique team.

Conduct and participate in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and key operational information.

Analyze boutique data to make diagnoses and define action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets.

Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates while leading the implementation of strategic action plans.

Optimize boutique performance and profitability through continuous KPI monitoring.

Participate in the coordination of sales promotion activities, trunk shows, seasonal events, and CRM initiatives tailored to the local and international clientele.

Implement and monitor CRM programs to maximize client retention and engagement.

Act as a direct Ambassador of the Maison to build and maintain relationships with VIPs.

Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and luxury standards.

Manage the back office, administration, store expenses, and budget adherence.

Oversee associate compliance with established company policies, security procedures, and lock-up routines.

Oversee inventory processes, monitor merchandise pricing, gather transfers/damages, and minimize stock loss.

Participate in merchandise displays and visual presentations according to Maison guidelines.
