HOFF Spain is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Barcelona flagship store. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead daily operations, and coach a premium brand team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in premium brands, a passion for fashion and sneakers, and a proactive, team-driven mindset. This is a full-time, on-site role in Barcelona with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in premium brands or related environments.
• Natural flair for customer service and sales.
• Proactive, team-player attitude with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages valued).
• Interest in fashion, sneakers and lifestyle trends.

Responsabilidades

• Define sales strategies in coordination with Store Manager and team.
• Ensure a unique, memorable customer experience from purchase to aftercare.
• Coordinate daily team activities: schedules, briefings, KPIs and action plans.
