NewCo Communications is seeking a Storage Solutions Sales Advisor to guide customers through storage options and needs. You’ll suggest unit sizes, explain pricing clearly, and build rapport to ensure a smooth decision process.

The role emphasizes a consultative, customer-first approach rather than high-pressure sales. The position offers a base salary of €1600 gross per month on a 39h contract, with a training bonus of €100 and a sales-commission model after training, plus hybrid/remote work

Formación

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a people-focused approach.
• Native-level proficiency in Flemish and English.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Someone who enjoys helping customers rather than pushing for a sale.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
