You will focus on OTD targets, zero-defect sortation, and strict safety compliance, while optimizing routes and staff performance in a fast-paced last-mile environment.

Formación

• Experience supervising delivery stations or last-mile hubs.
• Proficient with dispatch systems, WMS/TMS, and barcode scanners.
• Professional English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily station operations, including sortation and dispatch.
• Coordinate DSPs and couriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor OTD targets and safety compliance on the floor.
• Lead shift team leaders and frontline staff.
