Amazon is seeking a Station Process Excellence Manager for its Spain Last Mile operation. The role centers on standardizing processes on site, linking station management with the PEx team, and driving improvements to delivery performance.

You will monitor KPIs, develop action plans and support deployment of process standards across the delivery station, including peak-time leadership and stakeholder coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Experience in supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting.
• Experience managing projects.
• Experience using Excel and data analysis.
• Experience working with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• As firsthand contact for station management, drive process improvements and standardization.
• Monitor logistics and delivery success with on-site KPIs.
• Set up action plans to move performance toward benchmarks.
• Drive order execution to improve customer satisfaction.
• Support audits and data-driven action planning.
• Deploy Process Standard implementations with stakeholders.
• Pilot improvements and benchmarking with EU network.
• Ensure management understands benchmarks and reporting tools.
• During peak times, lead Delivery Station operations and manage key relationships.
