Job summary

Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. is seeking a Shift Manager, AMZL, to lead a team responsible for last-mile operations across delivery stations. You will drive performance, enforce standard processes, and build scalable systems to schedule tens of thousands of packages daily.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cost control, and a strong focus on customer and partner experience. This position supports the Rush EU test in Q4 2026 with potential expansion in 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, CS or related field, or Master's degree.
• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• Experience with data-driven decision making and process improvement.
• Experience in stakeholder management and multi-project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the team and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor and report on daily and weekly performance.
• Analyze trends, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.
• Implement best practices to improve customer experience, cost, and partner outcomes.
• Develop scalable processes and systems to handle growth.
• Create scalable standard work for remote support.
• Lead process improvements through quantitative analysis.
• Support Rush test in Q4 2026 and expansion in 2027.
