Job summary

Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. is seeking an Station Process Excellence Manager to standardize on-site processes, link station management with the PEx team, and optimize delivery station operations.

You will analyze operations, develop communication plans, monitor performance indicators, and drive action plans to improve productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role requires flexible shift patterns, including nights, and close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across EU

Qualifications

Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Proven project management skills.
Experience in process improvement.
Leadership and communication skills.
Fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Primary contact for station management on process improvements and benchmarking.
Monitor logistics and delivery performance; drive actions to reach benchmarks.
Drive order execution to improve customer satisfaction.
Support audit initiatives and deployment of process standards.
Ensure management understand benchmarks and reporting configurations.
Provide leadership during peak times for Delivery Station operations and manage external agencies.
