Enginy is seeking a passionate Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. Own Spanish B2B outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and hand off opportunities to Account Executives while showcasing Enginy AI to potential customers.

You will collaborate with Marketing to tailor messages for the Spanish market, track key metrics, and share market insights to shape product and go-to-market strategy.

Formación

• 1 year of proven experience as a B2B SDR or in outbound sales.
• Advanced English and native Spanish.
• Experience in SaaS or tech sales is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable leading video calls and cold calls.
• Data-driven mindset with CRM usage and key metrics tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and reach out to high-potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
• Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget and decision-making process, then hand off to Account Executives.
• Act as an expert on the Enginy AI platform, demonstrating its value for Spanish companies.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, sequences and campaigns for the Spanish market.
• Track and report metrics (outreach volume, reply rates, SQL conversion) to improve prospecting effectiveness.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights with Product and GTM strategy.
