The role requires fluent Spanish, good English, and a proactive attitude. A valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation to Bulgaria, with fully paid training and relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish for all Spanish-speaking roles.
• Good command of English for internal communications.
• Experience in travel or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and travel tech enthusiasm.
• EU passport is required for relocation to Bulgaria.
• Proactive attitude toward starting in this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for international clients in travel.
• Manage end-to-end car rental bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Advise on vehicle choice and travel insurance in Spanish.
• Resolve travel logistics queries to ensure smooth journeys.
• Maintain records in CRM and meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with global teams to streamline service delivery.
• Support ongoing service improvements and quality metrics.
