MSC Cruises in Valencia is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to proactively connect with qualified leads and existing customers, turning conversations into high-value cruise bookings.

You will own your customer portfolio, reactivate dormant accounts and drive personal sales performance in a high-energy, international environment. Fluency in Spanish is required, with additional languages a plus, and a full right to work in Spain.

Formación

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, B2C sales or business development.
• Strong commercial mindset with results orientation.
• Confident in making outbound calls and engaging customers.
• Excellent objection handling and closing skills.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, retail.
• Fluent Spanish; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Full right to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Make proactive outbound calls to qualified leads and existing customers.
