MSC Cruises is seeking a Personal Cruise Consultant in Valencia, Spain. In this high-performance sales role, you will guide customers to find their perfect cruise experience, driving conversion and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have consultative sales experience and excel in building strong relationships with clients. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are a plus. The position involves shifting hours in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Formación

• Experience in consultative, phone-based sales of complex or high-value products.
• Ability to manage customer conversations from initial interest through to booking confirmation.
• Experience in building and managing a personal client portfolio.
• Previous experience in travel or service-oriented industries is a plus.
