Revolut in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive who will drive new customer acquisition for Revolut Business. You will own the mid-market segment from discovery to closing, engaging with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and accelerate growth.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish (or Portuguese/Italian), with 1+ years in sales and 3+ years in full-cycle account management.

Formación

Fluent in English.
Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, Italian.
1+ years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing the full sales cycle.
Track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
Solid prospecting skills to generate leads and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Experience in fast-paced tech environments, ideally fintech.
Excellent relationship-building skills with high-level decision makers (C-suite).
Excellent communication skills to articulate product capabilities for large customers.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Support.

Responsabilidades

Activating new customers in the mid-market segment.
Prospecting mid-market accounts by identifying high-potential customers based on indicators (annual turnover, employees, industry, etc).
Conducting Discovery and Qualification to assess customer needs during sign-up, providing support and guidance.
Collaborating with Product Sales Executives to deepen customer relationships and provide product feedback.
