Revolut is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive (Spanish speaker) in Barcelona, Spain. You will activate new mid-market customers, identify high-potential accounts, conduct thorough discovery and qualification during signup, and collaborate with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships and cross-sell product offerings.

Ideal candidates have fluent English, Spanish and/or Portuguese and/or Italian, and a proven track record in full sales cycles.

Formación

• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, Italian.
• 1+ years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
• Strong prospecting skills to generate leads and pursue new business.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments, ideally fintech.
• Strong relationship-building skills to interact with multiple high-level decision makers (C-suite).
• Excellent communication skills to articulate product capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product and Support.

Responsabilidades

• Activating new customers in the mid-market segment.
• Prospecting mid-market accounts by identifying high-potential customers based on key indicators.
• Conducting Discover and Qualification to assess customer needs during signup, with guidance.
• Collaborating with Product Sales Executives to deepen customer relationships and share insights for cross-sell.
