Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker and good communication in English
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach
• Ability to build trust and persuade customers
• Experience in customer service or sales is an asset
• Experience using Salesforce is desirable but not essential
• Strong IT skills and ability to use multiple contact systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in internal systems
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the complaint and offering best solutions
• Suggest improvements to procedures and help develop the department
• Handle technical, account-related and promotional questions from customers
• Complete detailed customer interaction records and manage databases
• Identify areas for improvements to enhance customer experience
