MSX International Group in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our multilingual team. You will handle calls and emails, follow up on inquiries, and update databases, with a 50% hybrid work model in our Barcelona office. The role is a temporary contract with a €20,000 gross annual salary.

You will be part of a dynamic customer service team, focusing on delivering high-quality support to dealers and clients while maintaining accurate records and proactive communication.

Formación

• You have a B2 level of English and are fluent in French.
• You are available full-time.
• You are a great communicator: you know how to speak with people, both on the phone and through written messages, and you love making connections.
• You are detail-oriented & organized.

Responsabilidades

• Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships.
• Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
• Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
• Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries.
