Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and cloud-based systems.
• Professional experience in customer support services or similar client-facing role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to professional growth in Greece.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot cloud platform issues with efficiency and clarity to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows in the customer support services sector.
• Act as a brand ambassador with professional and empathetic communication at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on cloud technology features.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting KPIs and SLAs.
