Ideal candidates have native fluency in Spanish, strong communication skills, and professional experience in customer support.

Formación

• Native or fluent Spanish is required.
• Professional experience in customer support or similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot cloud platform issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
