Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• On-site office work in Athens; comfortable using CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical or general support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the client brand professionally in all customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with international team members to improve service workflows.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or offer value-added services during interactions.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to assist end-users accurately.
