Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth of its conversational AI platform. You will build and manage a portfolio of new customers across industries, focusing on enterprise and SMB adopters of AI voice solutions.

This remote role is Spain-wide with Madrid preference. You will identify opportunities, develop deep product understanding, and partner with product and engineering teams to deliver value. Fluent Spanish is essential; Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of sales experience in SaaS or tech
• Experience selling to product/engineering teams is a strong plus
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends
• Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more
