Factorial HR in Barcelona is seeking an Account Manager for Partners to drive onboarding and adoption of our platform for the Spanish market. You will build strong relationships with partners, understand their needs, and guide their clients to maximize value from Factorial.

You will coordinate with internal teams to implement improvements, provide after-sales support, and train partners through calls, emails, and events until fully onboarded. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with partners through regular video calls and updates.
• Provide after-sales support to help partners retain customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement partner needs and improvements.
• Onboard and train new Spanish partners via video, email, and events.
• Help partners implement Factorial to their clients and tailor accounts.
