Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Spanish & English Customer Support Specialist for a major Spanish Airline. The role is based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, handling flight bookings, inquiries, and customer care with a focus on passenger satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish with English at B1 level and ready to relocate to Lisbon. Immediate start date is September 17, 2026, and the position offers full-time employment with training provided.

Formación

• Native or high fluency in Spanish.
• English at least B1 level.
• Based in Lisbon or Spain and prepared to relocate to Lisbon for on-site work.
• Immediate joiners required; Start date September 17, 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email for flight bookings and general questions.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, ticketing, and airline policies.
• Resolve passenger issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions clearly in the system.
