Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Spanish-speaking Search Engine Customer Expert to join the team in Greece. The role requires relocation to Athens and offers a fully supported transition, including training and integration into a global support network.

You will assist users with search engine product inquiries and maintain high satisfaction levels. Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish, possess EU passport rights, and bring solid customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a professional Customer Support Services role is an asset.
• Strong digital literacy and a passion for technology and internet services.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece.

• Provide world-class support to users regarding search engine products and service inquiries.
