Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (speaking and writing) required.
• Proficiency in English for global team interactions.
• EU passport or Greece work permit mandatory.
• Experience in customer service in transportation/travel is highly desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for this position.
• Ability to work in a remote professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to clients navigating international transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve complex booking, scheduling, and logistical inquiries within the dynamic transportation sector.
• Maintain a deep understanding of transportation safety protocols and service guidelines to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Proactively troubleshoot travel-related disruptions, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills for Spanish-speaking travelers.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize communication flows and service standards across all transportation channels.
• Document all interactions accurately within the CRM to ensure a comprehensive history of service delivery.
• Represent our premium brand by upholding the highest standards of communication and professional etiquette.
