Fonio, Europe’s market leader for AI phone agents for SMBs, is expanding globally and seeks an Account Manager to own an existing customer portfolio. You will drive expansion revenue, upsell add-ons, and renewals, while ensuring successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction in collaboration with Customer Success, Product and Marketing.

This on-site role in Vienna offers a competitive €65,000–€95,000 OTE, top equipment, and fast decision-making.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.
• Experience in upselling, renewals, or expansion revenue across existing customers.
• Strong product and technology understanding; you're highly AI-savvy.
• Structured working style with ownership mindset and customer focus.
• Native-level Italian, confident in calls, reviews, and demos.

Responsabilidades

• Own an existing customer portfolio with upsell and retention focus.
• Lead expansion sales within accounts to grow ARR.
• Drive onboarding, product adoption, and long-term customer success.
• Maintain reliable revenue forecasts and a clean CRM pipeline.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
