Job summary

usemultiplier.com is seeking a Payroll Implementation Manager – Spain to serve as the payroll SME for all Spain deployments. You will lead country-specific activities from discovery through go-live, ensuring compliance with local legislation and delivering the highest quality implementations.

You will provide expert guidance to Customers, Sales, Product and Operations, with 10+ years’ Spain payroll experience, hands-on knowledge of Spanish payroll software, and fluency in Spanish and English to

• Minimum 10 years' experience processing and implementing Spanish payroll.
• Hands-on experience with Spanish payroll software.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as recognised SME for Spain payroll implementations.
• Lead payroll discovery workshops and advise Customers on legislation and best practice.
• Challenge inefficient legacy processes and recommend scalable, compliant solutions.
• Work with Product and Engineering to validate payroll configuration.
• Lead payroll testing, parallel runs and payroll validation.
• Own Spain implementation playbooks, documentation and knowledge sharing.
