Jobtailor in Granada, Spain is seeking an SAP HCM consultant to support implementation and payroll configurations for clients. You will tailor SAP Payroll solutions to customer needs, perform testing, and ensure alignment with Strada standards while coordinating with project teams.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong communication and client-focused collaboration to deliver high-quality HR system deployments on time.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree focused on Business or Technology or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP HCM application; involvement in implementations is a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration and HR system implementations.
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and teamwork.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout implementation, aligning technical activities with best practices.
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions per Strada standards and conduct system testing for functionality and compliance.
• Prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support project members.
• Track progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers to ensure milestones.
• Demonstrate understanding of HR processes and SAP HR architecture for successful delivery.
• Support go-live activities to ensure payroll readiness.
