ADP Employer Services is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead a Spain-based team of project managers, consultants, and apps specialists. You will drive end-to-end payroll and HR implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

The role requires 3–4 years in a similar position, at least 3 years of people management, and strong Excel and payroll/HR systems knowledge. English and Spanish proficiency are essential, with Portuguese a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years in a similar role.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security and Taxes in Spain/Portugal.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge/experience with Payroll and HR systems.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of project managers, consultants, and apps specialists in Spain.
• Drive delivery of implementations on time and with high quality.
• Coordinate with Service and other departments to meet strategy and goals.
• Institute and continuously improve implementation processes and metrics.
• Prepare and report on team performance, costs, and client satisfaction.
• Escalate and resolve issues with clients and internal stakeholders.
