RES is seeking a Payroll Project Coordinator with deep knowledge of Spanish labor regulations and Social Security, full mastery of the end-to-end payroll process, and proven experience in payroll system implementations or migrations. Fluent English and strong analytical skills are required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Spanish payroll.
• Solid knowledge of Social Security, IRPF, and taxation.
• Experience coordinating payroll system implementations or migrations.
• Strong Excel and HR management tools.
• Fluent English and ability to communicate across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in Spain, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
• Interpret and apply labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, income tax (IRPF), and Social Security contributions.
• Participate in implementing, migrating, or upgrading payroll systems with HR, IT, Finance and the Project Team.
• Perform functional testing (UAT), validations, and issue resolution during projects.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
