Job summary

JD.com is seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to drive Joybuy’s strategy and execution in Spain. You’ll own the local marketing agenda, translating our European strategy into initiatives that resonate with Spanish consumers and drive brand and business growth.

Work closely with local and international teams, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across the marketing mix, and lead the local team to maximize ROI in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive marketing experience in ecommerce or consumer-facing business.
• Hands-on across multiple channels: Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, Content, Social.
• Experience leading and developing a team in an international context.
• Strong understanding of the German market and competitive landscape.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the local marketing strategy and roadmap for Spain, aligned with Joybuy’s European objectives.
• Lead cross-channel campaigns across brand, performance, content, CRM and social.
• Analyse market trends and competition to adapt our approach.
• Monitor KPIs, optimise ROI, and adjust budget allocation.
• Build relationships with local partners, media and industry stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the local marketing team as the business grows.
• Collaborate with European and global teams to maintain alignment with Joybuy strategy.
