Job summary

Joybuy is seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to drive Spain’s local marketing strategy, translating the European vision into initiatives that resonate with Spanish consumers and fuel brand and business growth.

You will own campaigns across channels, work closely with regional and global teams, and lead a growing local marketing team in a fast-paced, cross‑border environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing in e‑commerce or consumer brands.
• Hands‑on experience across multiple marketing channels (Brand, Performance, CRM, Content).
• Fluent in Spanish and English and able to operate in a cross‑border, international environment.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Leader to drive Joybuy’s marketing strategy and execution in Spain.

You will own the local marketing agenda, translating our broader European strategy into initiatives that resonate with Spanish consumers and drive both brand and business growth. Working closely with local and international teams, you will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across the marketing mix.

What You’ll Do

• Own the local marketing strategy: Develop and execute the marketing roadmap for Spain, aligned with Joybuy’s European business objectives and local market priorities.
• Drive integrated marketing initiatives: Lead campaigns across multiple marketing channels, bringing together brand, performance, content, CRM and other relevant levers.
• Bring a strong local market perspective: Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and continuously adapt our approach.
• Drive performance: Monitor marketing KPIs, evaluate ROI and use data to optimise campaigns, channel mix and budget allocation.
• Build local visibility: Develop relationships with relevant partners, media and industry stakeholders to strengthen Joybuy’s presence in Spain.
• Lead and develop the team: Manage the local marketing team, setting priorities, supporting performance and developing capabilities as the business grows.
• Collaborate across markets: Work closely with European and global teams to ensure local priorities are represented while maintaining alignment with the broader Joybuy strategy.

About You

• Strong marketing experience, ideally within e-commerce, retail or a consumer-facing business.
• Broad marketing expertise, with hands‑on experience across at least two areas of the marketing mix, such as Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, Content or Social Media.
• Previous experience managing and developing a team is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the German consumer and competitive landscape.
• Commercial and data‑driven mindset, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business performance.
• Experience working in an international or cross‑border environment.
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
