• Strong marketing experience in ecommerce/retail or consumer brands.
• Hands-on across at least two marketing areas: Brand, Performance, CRM or content.
• Experience leading and developing a team; international exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the local marketing strategy for Spain aligned with Joybuy’s European goals.
• Lead integrated campaigns across channels including brand, performance, content, CRM.
• Analyse consumer trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and optimise campaigns, budget, and channel mix.
• Build local visibility through partners and media.
• Lead and develop the local marketing team.
• Collaborate with European and global teams to align priorities.
