Jobtailor is seeking a Market Access professional to lead strategy and execution in Spain. The role engages with hospitals, pharmacists, and healthcare decision-makers to drive adoption and inclusion of solutions.

You will monitor dynamics within the Spanish healthcare system and collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to align access and onboarding processes for partners and customers.

Formación

Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Strong understanding of the Spanish healthcare and hospital environment.
Experience in hospital surgical environments or cardiac surgery is a plus.
Strong experience in Market Access, HEOR, hospital access, or related roles.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
Native or fluent Spanish with professional English skills.

Responsabilidades

Define and implement the market access strategy in Spain.
Interact with hospitals, pharmacists, healthcare managers, and decision‑makers.
Support hospital evaluation, inclusion, and adoption processes.
Monitor market access dynamics and changes within the Spanish healthcare system.
Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Commercial, and Regulatory teams.
Coordinate access and onboarding processes for partners and customers.
