Jobtailor is seeking a Market Access professional to lead strategy and execution in Spain. The role engages with hospitals, pharmacists, and healthcare decision-makers to drive adoption and inclusion of solutions.

You will monitor dynamics within the Spanish healthcare system and collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to align access and onboarding processes for partners and customers.

Formación

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish healthcare and hospital environment.
• Experience in hospital surgical environments or cardiac surgery is a plus.
• Strong experience in Market Access, HEOR, hospital access, or related roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Native or fluent Spanish with professional English skills.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Experience in cardiac surgery and/or in hospital surgical environments.
• Strong experience in Market Access, HEOR, hospital access, or related roles.
• Good understanding of the Spanish healthcare and hospital environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Spanish as your native language or fluent Spanish skills, both written and spoken.
• Your English skills should be fluent, and you should be willing to use them professionally.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital systems.
