Jobtailor seeks a senior marketer to lead Spain's marketing strategy for hospital and cardiovascular products. You will drive market analysis, customer insights, and campaign execution while coordinating with global teams to ensure a successful product launch and sustained growth.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, strong strategic and budget management skills, and fluency in Spanish and English to engage stakeholders across functions.

Formación

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in hospital products.
• Strong understanding of Spanish healthcare and hospital environment.
• Excellent strategic and analytical abilities.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing plans.
• Experience managing budgets and investments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer focus and market understanding.
• Ability to work across functions and international teams.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the marketing strategy in Spain.
• Develop understanding of cardiac surgery market, customer needs and opportunities.
• Define objectives, priorities, action plans and success metrics.
• Lead market analysis, customer insights and competitive intelligence.
• Support the successful launch and growth of a new product in Spain.
• Develop marketing campaigns, materials and educational initiatives.
• Plan and support congresses, symposia, advisory boards and customer activities.
• Manage the marketing budget and monitor performance.
• Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders.
