Job summary

Abacus Medicine Group in Madrid is seeking a Market Access Manager to lead the market access strategy and drive adoption of innovative cardiovascular solutions across Spain. You will engage hospitals, pharmacists, and decision-makers while coordinating cross-functional teams to enable patient access.

The role requires strong relationships with regional healthcare stakeholders and a willingness to travel within Spain as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in cardiac surgery and/or hospital surgical environments is desirable.
• Experience with hospital purchasing and product evaluation processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the market access strategy in Spain.
• Interact with hospitals, pharmacists, healthcare managers, and decision-makers.
• Support hospital evaluation, inclusion, and adoption processes.
• Monitor market access dynamics and changes within the Spanish healthcare system.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Commercial, and Regulatory teams.
• Coordinate access and onboarding processes for partners and customers.
