• Native Spanish and Catalan fluency; strong English proficiency.
• IT-related background valued.
• Experience in technology sales, inside sales, solution sales, or business development.
• Experience managing opportunities in a matrix sales environment.
• Experience selling hardware, software, services, or managed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute solution-specific sales strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities within accounts.
• Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth for the specialty area.
• Collaborate with Sales Teams to design customer solutions.
• Present value propositions, conduct workshops, demonstrations, and business reviews.
• Lead specialist portions of complex sales cycles and support negotiations.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene.
