Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to establish and grow the fire detection business in Spain. You will develop a network of distributors, generate new opportunities, and drive market adoption through strong partnerships and customer-focused service.

With a focus on profitability and ethical practices, you will manage plans, pipelines, and forecasts while representing the company at industry events and providing technical support to partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven commercial experience in fire protection.
• Experience in business development and channel partner management.
• Customer-focused with long-term relationship building and value delivery.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a network of distributors and channel partners in Spain.
• Generate new business opportunities and drive market adoption of fire detection solutions.
• Manage business development plans, sales pipelines and forecasts to meet targets.
• Provide commercial and technical support to partners and customers.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor market trends and customer requirements, championing Voice of the Customer.
