• Minimum 10 years of proven commercial experience in fire protection, with knowledge of fire detection systems and Spanish market.
• Experience in business development and channel partner management.

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results-oriented with ethical standards.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced, international setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a network of distributors and channel partners in Spain.
• Generate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with distributors, installers and end users.
• Manage business development plans, pipelines and forecasts to hit targets.
• Provide commercial and technical support to partners and customers.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to generate demand.
• Monitor market trends and Champion Voice of the Customer across the org.
