Kidde Global Solutions in Spain is seeking a Product Manager to lead product strategy for the commercial fire business. You will manage development, enhancements, and training for fire systems across global teams.

The role requires a few years in product management, English fluency, and the ability to travel ~30% in Europe. Office-based work is 60%+ with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of the new product development stage-gate process from concept to commercialization to support product line growth.
• A few years of product management experience.
• Experience in the commercial fire and security industry or other technical building systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively influence and communicate across different functional teams and global internal partners in a matrix environment.
• Self-starter motivated to expand skill set and grow experience.
• Effective organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Power BI.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Able to travel ~30% (in Europe).
• In the office at least 60% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmaps for the category/products.
• Develop deep understanding of competitive landscape and customer needs-based segmentation.
• Establish strong relationships with Sales Teams and Channel Representatives.
• Deliver on New Product Developments with timely business opportunity proposals and product requirements.
• Drive product lifecycle management including SKU reduction and End-of-Life planning.
• Help develop a Sales Playbook with pricing and positioning strategies.
• Demonstrate financial acumen, including gross revenue and margin.
• Identify and communicate action plans to the Executive Team.
• Organize and maintain day-to-day activities like reporting and product specs.
