Semperis is seeking a Large Enterprise Sales Director to lead the Spanish market, accelerate growth, and strengthen cyber resilience for enterprise customers across Spain. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build executive relationships with C-suite and senior leaders, and apply MEDDPICC to qualification and forecast accuracy.

You will also collaborate with channel partners to win complex opportunities while traveling as needed.

Formación

• Experience working within a structured enterprise sales methodology; MEDDPICC experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to sell to large enterprise organizations and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Strong prospecting, market development, and territory-planning capability.

Responsabilidades

• Own the market and build Semperis’ presence across Spain.
• Create pipeline through direct prospecting and partner engagement; expand through channel/alliance partners.
• Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite, senior leadership, and key stakeholders across security, identity, infrastructure, and risk.
• Apply MEDDPICC to qualification, deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and forecast accuracy.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and CRM hygiene.
