Winparts is expanding its Iberia e-commerce efforts and seeks an entrepreneurial E-commerce Specialist for Spain. You will own market performance, optimize assortment, pricing, and availability, and coordinate with central teams to drive growth tailored to Spanish customers.

You will analyze data, monitor KPIs, and implement actions to enhance revenue and customer experience. Fluency in Spanish and English, pragmatic thinking, and ownership are essential.

Formación

• 3–6+ years of experience in B2C e-commerce.
• Experience in category management, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with KPIs, Excel, and BI tools.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Able to move fast while maintaining structure and clarity.

Responsabilidades

• Own the performance of the Spanish market.
• Monitor revenue, margin, conversion, and product availability; translate insights into actions.
• Improve stock levels, delivery performance, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with central supply chain teams and suppliers to remove bottlenecks.
• Identify optimization opportunities in UX, pricing, and stock.
• Ensure rapid, effective implementation of improvements for Spain.
