Innovamat in Spain is building a Consumer Business analytics function to scale e-commerce, campaigns, and reporting across markets. You will shape campaigns, test what works with marketing, and own dashboards that reveal real-time performance.

The role emphasizes ownership, fast learning, and collaboration with commercial, marketing, and external partners in Spain, Italy, and the US. Growth-oriented, mission-driven culture.

Formación

• +1 year experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (e-commerce, consumer, startups).
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to international settings is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own e-commerce growth and digital channels for Consumer Business across markets.
• Shape campaigns, promotions, and customer experience to maximize revenue per customer.
• Partner with growth and marketing to test ideas and scale quickly.
• Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure for real-time performance visibility.
• Forecast supply and demand across channels and countries.
