Zoomo in Spain is seeking a senior operations leader to own market performance end-to-end, covering fleet, workshops, and retail. You will lead a frontline team on the ground and drive pragmatic growth through pricing, channels, and partnerships.

This hands-on role demands business-minded execution, clear ownership, and the ability to scale operations while safeguarding unit economics. You will report to the COO and collaborate with central functions to set priorities and deliver results.

Formación

• 5+ years managing frontline operations in fast-paced environments (last-mile, mobility, retail ops).
• Proven track record improving throughput, quality, cost, and customer metrics through hands-on leadership.
• Strong ownership and ability to operate in ambiguous, decentralised international settings.
• Experience in scale-up or transformation environments with limited structure.

Responsabilidades

• Own Spain market performance across operational excellence, unit economics, customer experience and growth.
• Drive local growth strategy with tests in pricing, offers, channels and partnerships.
• Stabilise and scale core operations (workshop, retail, fleet) with cost discipline.
• Lead safety initiatives and manage a frontline team with strong leadership depth.
