Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of experience in a sales position.
• 8+ years of experience within the air cargo industry with a major airline or forwarder.
• Minimum 5 years of experience at a senior management level including people management.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (oral/written).
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team in a multicultural environment.

Aufgaben

• Promote the Cargolux products and develop sales and marketing action plans.
• Maintain contact with customers and analyse data for commercial decisions.
• Produce regular statistics on tonnage sold and revenues achieved to monitor performance.
• Evaluate market evolution and assess expansion needs of Cargolux in Spain.
• Represent the company as official representative at trade association meetings and events.
• Coordinate and supervise staff and payroll data locally and ensure compliance.
