Blu Selection is seeking a Country Business Developer to lead the Spanish market launch for a German e-commerce leader. You will drive growth across online channels, coordinate local activities, and work closely with the German headquarters to adapt workflows, inventory, and customer service for Spain.

The role demands strong bilingual skills, 3+ years in related fields, and willingness to spend onboarding at the Dresden HQ.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluent with strong German (C1 minimum).
• 3+ years in e-commerce, retail, ops, or dynamic startups.
• Commercial, hands-on mindset rather than purely outbound.
• Willingness to onboard at headquarters in Dresden, Germany.
• Valid driver’s license; electric company car provided for local mobility.
• Background in business studies or equivalent practical experience.
• Team Lead experience or local Spain network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development and sales growth through online channels and local marketplaces.
• Coordinate local commercial activities, promotions and product strategies for the Spanish market.
• Collaborate with German HQ to align operational, inventory, and e-commerce workflows.
• Act as the primary local touchpoint for customer support and operations during market setup.
• Oversee Barcelona-area warehouse and logistics setup with central operations.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration across sourcing, marketing, logistics and service.
• Prepare to take broader leadership as the business scales in Spain.
