Blu is seeking a dynamic market expansion lead to launch and scale our Spain operations from Barcelona. You will coordinate local sales efforts, adapt product strategies to the Spanish market, and align with the German HQ on logistics and e-commerce workflows.

You will serve as the primary local contact for customer support and operations during the setup phase, with potential for broader leadership as the business grows across Spain.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish, strong German language skills (C1 minimum).
• 2+ years of professional experience in e-commerce, retail, operations, customer service, hospitality, or dynamic small-team/start-up environments.

Responsabilités

• Drive market development and sales growth through online channels, marketplaces, and local product placement.
• Coordinate local commercial activities, promotions, and product portfolio strategies for the Spanish market.
• Work closely with German headquarters to adapt operational, inventory, and e-commerce workflows.
• Act as the primary local touchpoint for customer support and operational coordination during market setup.
• Oversee warehouse and logistics setup processes in the Barcelona area with central operations.
• Collaborate across sourcing, marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
• Prepare to take on broader leadership responsibilities as the Spanish business expands.
