TeamFeePay is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead based in Spain to own in‑country hiring end‑to‑end. You will source, assess, and guide hiring managers through briefing to offer, while building a local employer brand across the Spanish market.

You will collaborate with UK/ Belfast teams, scale recruitment for initial growth in Spain, and travel within Spain for assessment centres as needed. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Formación

• Solid experience as an in‑house or agency recruiter.
• Based in Spain with recruiting into the Spanish market.
• Excellent written and spoken English; English is the working language.
• Fluent in Spanish; able to source, advertise and interview in the local market.
• Experience running assessment centres.
• Strong sourcer who can build pipelines from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment delivery in Spain and adjacent EU markets.
• Own live vacancies from briefing to offer across functions.
• Write and localise job adverts for the Spanish market.
• Screen applications, conduct first interviews, and provide shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments across time zones.
• Manage offer discussions and contracts with People team.
