TeamFeePay, a fast‑growing grassroots football platform, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead for Spain. Based in Spain, you will own in‑country hiring end‑to‑end and help shape our growth in this key market.

You will source, assess and onboard candidates, partner with the UK leadership, and build a credible employer brand across Spain. Fluent Spanish and English, plus strong sourcer skills and experience running assessment centres, are essential.

Formación

• Solid experience as an in‑house or agency recruiter.
• Deep recruitment experience in the Spanish market and salary expectations.
• Proven ability to recruit across functions, including sales and commercial roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Own in‑country hiring in Spain end‑to‑end for all roles.
• Manage live vacancies and guide hiring managers through briefing to offer.
• Write and localise Spanish job adverts; screen and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure timely offers and onboarding.
• Develop employer branding and local recruitment practices in Spain.
